How do I pay?
Paid plans and credit packs use secure checkout. Your plan activates once the payment is confirmed. Custom scopes (Portfolio / Institutional) are quoted with you first.
What stays free?
Browsing, standard matching, basic eligibility, manual proposal editing, access to official requirements and basic export cost no AI credits. Plan limits and AI allowances remain as listed. You submit through official funder links.
How do daily and monthly credits work?
Each user gets 5 free credits every day. Daily credits reset at midnight UTC. Unused daily credits don't carry over. Paid monthly credits belong to the workspace. Annual plans are paid upfront and replenish credits monthly. Purchased packs last 12 months and survive cancellation.
Is an AI manager a human adviser?
No. Each AI manager covers one organization, one brief and one active application. You can shortlist multiple grants and retain submitted tracking. Monthly, cancel anytime; scope is agreed first. Human expert review is quoted separately.
