If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to subscription plans (monthly and annual) and one-time AI credit packs.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email billing@userblly.com with the email address on your account and your order details.
What happens after a refund
A refunded subscription ends at the time of the refund. Refunded credit packs are removed from your balance. Your account, profile, matches, pipeline and drafts are preserved, and you keep free-plan access. Cancelling a subscription is separate from a refund: cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
