Collect from official and submitted sources. Every record keeps its source and retrieval date.
Official notices and submitted documents only; unknown facts stay marked unknown.

Human review
AI drafts and sorts; a named reviewer checks eligibility, scoring and anything sent to you.
AI never makes an eligibility, scoring or partner decision on its own.

Delivery & reporting
Agreed outputs on agreed dates, with status reporting and exports in usable formats.
Outputs in agreed formats, including CSV export from the platform.

Audit trail & closeout
Changes are logged. At closeout we hand over records and delete or return data as agreed.
Change log retained; data returned or deleted at closeout as agreed.
